Low to Moderate Energy
How we move today shapes how we live tomorrow. Designed for independently active adults aged 70 and over, Bodē Timeless supports healthy ageing through purposeful movement in a welcoming, encouraging, and thoughtfully paced environment.
Using the Reformer alongside carefully selected movement equipment, each class provides support where it's needed and progression where it's beneficial. Adjustable spring resistance and guided movement patterns create a uniquely supportive environment for developing strength, improving balance, enhancing mobility, and refining coordination—all while remaining gentle on the joints. Every exercise can be thoughtfully adapted to honour individual abilities, empowering participants to move with greater confidence, independence, and ease.
Research consistently demonstrates that lower-body strength, balance, and muscle power are among the most important physical factors associated with maintaining independence, preserving mobility, and reducing the risk of disability as we age. Regular resistance and balance training also help preserve muscle mass, bone density, reaction time, and functional mobility, while Pilates-based movement has been shown to improve postural control, flexibility, body awareness, and overall quality of life in older adults.
Whether reaching overhead, navigating stairs, carrying groceries, rising from a chair, or enjoying a walk with family and friends, every movement practiced in Bodē Timeless is designed with everyday life in mind.
More than a fitness class, Bodē Timeless is an investment in healthy longevity—supporting the freedom, confidence, and vitality to continue living actively, independently, and with purpose.
